How to connect to Slack:

Integrating your Slack account with PartnerPortal.io can be done in a few easy steps.

Log in to your portal and select the Integration tab found on the left-hand sidebar. If you don't see the Slack integration available, please ask our team to turn it on for you.

In the Integrations, find your Slack integration and select "Enable Slack".

Upon selecting, click the button on the next screen to officially "Enable Slack."

From there you will be prompted to "Sign into your workspace."

After signing in, you'll be prompted to Allow the portal permission to access your Slack workspace. Select the "Allow" button.

Slack is now connected! You'll be redirected to Slack (app if downloaded) where you will now see the PartnerPortal.io connected app.

You'll receive a few welcome messages with information on our Slackbot including an option to choose the channel you would like to post portal activity into.
