Understanding Payments

Learn how partner payments work in our system.

Important Note Before You Begin:


✋We only send payments to partners - Our system is designed exclusively for distributing partner earnings. We do not collect payments from partners under any circumstances.

How Payments Are Calculated

Partner payments are based on revenue generated from Leads. Commissions can be structured in multiple ways depending on how your program is set up.

We support the following commission structures:

  • Recurring percentage (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • One-time percentage

  • Fixed amount

Payments are always tied to revenue generated by a Lead and recorded in the Lead’s Revenue History, unless the commission type is a fixed amount.

Note: We do not support commission structures based on lead volume, deal count, discounts, or other non-revenue factors.

Setting Commission Rates

Commission rates can be configured in several ways:

Partner-by-Partner

  • Set a default commission structure for an individual Partner.

    • All Leads submitted by that Partner will automatically inherit this structure unless manually adjusted.

Lead-by-Lead

  • Override the default commission structure for a specific Lead.

    • This allows you to customize commission terms for unique deals.

Using Partner Tiers

If you’d like to automate commission structures based on predefined levels, you can set up Partner Tiers.

Payment Calculation Example

The portal automatically calculates commission payments based on:

  • The Total Revenue for a Payment

  • The selected commission structure

Percentage Example

If $2,000 in revenue is generated and the commission is set to 10%, the system will calculate a $200 payment.

Fixed Amount Example

If the commission is set to a fixed $100, the Partner will receive $100 regardless of revenue amount.

Revenue Tracking Options

You have two ways to track revenue for payments:

Automated Tracking (Recommended)

  • Connects with:

    • QuickBooks Online

    • Stripe

  • Automatically pulls revenue data

  • Eliminates manual work

Manual Entry

  • Full functionality identical to automated tracking

  • Enter revenue figures yourself

  • Ideal if you don't use our supported integrations
