Partner Program Details
Partner Program details is a perfect way to share details on how your Partner Program is set up and how commission is structured.
To get started. click on the Program Settings tab under Partner Program.
Click on the Pencil in the Partner Program section to edit.
Enter all your Program Details in the text box
Press Save
You can choose to mark this 'Public' which will place your details on your main login page for prospective or current partners to view.
If Public is toggled off, Program Details will not be visible to partners.
To disable Partner Program completely, toggle off the 'Enabled" button.
Partner Tiers
Partner Tiers allow you to reward partners with different commission structures based on revenue performance over a set period.
Instead of assigning a single commission structure to all partners, you can define revenue thresholds that unlock higher commission levels.
Commission Structures in Partner Tiers
Partner Tiers can apply the same commission structures supported throughout the platform:
Fixed amount
Recurring percentage of Revenue
One-time percentage of Revenue
This allows you to design a program that scales as your partners generate more revenue.
Setting Up Your Tiers
To get started:
Find your Partner Tiers section and click on the Pencil to edit.
1.Define Your Base Tier
Your base tier is the default commission structure partners receive before reaching any revenue thresholds.
You can define:
The revenue requirement
The commission type (one-time percentage, fixed, recurring)
This becomes the starting point for your program where all partners will start.
2.Add Revenue Thresholds
You can add as many tiers as your program requires.
For each tier, define:
Tier Name
Revenue threshold
Commission type
Optional color coding
When a partner reaches a new tier, they will see their updated tier (including color) when logged into their portal.
If Partner Tiers are marked 'Public' they will be visible in the Program tab in your sign-in page.
Tier Calculation Frequency
Choose how often tiers should be evaluated:
Monthly
Quarterly
Annually
The system reviews all eligible revenue from Leads submitted during the selected period. Based on total revenue within that timeframe, the partner is assigned the appropriate tier.
Commissions for that period are calculated according to the tier achieved.
Final Step
After configuring your tiers and frequency, click Save to apply your Partner Tier structure.
