How to edit Billing and Company Info

This article walks you through how to update your billing details and company information in your partner portal.

Update Billing Information

  1. Go to Account & Settings in the sidebar.

  2. Select the Billing tab.

From here, you can:

  • View your current plan details (including billing cycle and account limits)

  • Add or update your credit card information

  • Enable auto-pay for future billing

Update Company Information

Subdomain (Your Portal URL)

Your subdomain is the default URL partners use to access your portal.

  • Example:
    If your subdomain is companyname, your portal URL will be:
    ​companyname.partnerportal.io

Important:

  • This is not a fully custom domain

  • All standard portals include partnerportal.io in the URL


Custom Domain (Optional)

If you prefer a fully branded experience, you can set up a custom domain.

  • Example: partners.youcompanyname.com

To set a custom domain:

  1. Enter your desired domain in the Custom Domain field.

  2. Follow the instructions provided to complete setup.

Note:

  • You must enter a fully qualified domain (e.g., partners.yourcompanyname.com)


Support Email

You can also add a support email address for your partners.

  • This email appears in all portal notification emails

  • It will receive messages submitted through the contact form

The contact form is available on the portal sign-in page, allowing partners to easily reach out to your team.
