How to edit Billing and Company Info

This article will walk you through the steps on how to add or edit any Billing or Company Information.

Please note, access to Billing and Company Info is only accessible to the Account Admin.

In your Admin account, toggle to your Accounts & Settings and select the Billing & Staff sub-tab. In the Billing section, you'll be able to change your subscription plan- downgrading or upgrading as needed, as well as add/edit your credit card information.

Custom Domains: also allows you to create custom domain names for your Portal to ensure that no one ever confuses your Portal with someone else’s.

In the bottom left-hand corner, you will find the Company Info section where you can customize your custom domain, subdomain, and company domain.

Select a Subdomain:

The first option is to run your partner portal as a subdomain, this means if the company name is Hello, and this is what is entered into the subdomain section inside Company Info, then to access your partner portal your partners would go to (NOTE: partners is not a subdomain option)

Selecting a Custom Domain:

Should a fully branded domain name be preferred, you can do so in the Custom Domain field. An example of a Custom Domain would be This allows you to have more control over the partner program and have a fully branded and custom domain.

(please note, the custom domain can only be changed on a paid subscription plan)
