If you need to reset your password, make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser before starting.
These same steps can also be used if you were invited to the portal but have not yet created your password.
Request a Password Reset Link
Go to your portal login page
(Example:companyname.partnerportal.io).Enter your email address and click Next.
In the pop-up window, select Forgot Password.
Your email will be automatically added. Click Continue to request the link.
Tip: Double-check that your email address is spelled correctly before submitting the request.
Password resets can be requested at any time by any user in the portal, including:
If You Don’t Receive the Reset Email
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes:
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
If you still do not see the email, return to your portal login page.
Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
Repeat the steps above to request the reset link again.
