How to Reset Password

This article will walk you through the steps to reset your password.

To reset your password, please ensure that you have pop-ups enabled in your browser. These same steps can be followed if you were invited to the portal and have not set up a password yet.

Requesting the Link

First, head to your portal sign-in page. (example: companyname.partnerportal.io), enter your email address and press the Next button.

Please note, that password resets can be requested by any individual (partner, Partner User, and Team Member) at any moment.

In the pop-up window, select the Forgot Password button and press Continue. Please make sure your email is spelled correctly before requesting a reset link.

Once requested successfully, an email will be sent to your inbox.

If you have not received an email within a couple of minutes, double-check your spam or junk inboxes. Afterward, head back to your portal login screen, clear out your cookies and cache, and repeat the steps to request a password.
