Who can do this: Portal Admin, Portal Owner.
Before you start
The portal does not support duplicate email addresses. A single email cannot be attached to more than one partner or partner user account. See Duplicate email addresses below if this applies.
Add a partner user
Go to the Partners tab and select the respective partner.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Partner User.
Enter the following required information:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number: must include the country code and be 11 digits long - if a valid phone number is unavailable, any 11-digit number can be used temporarily.
Click Submit and wait a few seconds for confirmation.
A success message will appear at the top of the screen confirming that the invitation has been sent.
What happens after the invitation is sent
The team member will receive an email with instructions to set up their password and complete account registration.
The invitation link is time-sensitive. Inform the team member that they have a limited time to complete their account setup. If the link expires, they will need to request a password reset by following these steps.
Duplicate email addresses
The portal does not support duplicate emails. If a partner user has already registered with an email under a different partner account, the system will prevent adding a duplicate.
To resolve a duplicate email:
The duplicate account must be updated to an invalid email address. This can only be done by the PartnerPortal.io support team.
Contact support at [email protected] with the duplicate partner company name and the user's email address.
Once the duplicate account is updated, the correct account can be registered without issues.
