1.) Register the Test Partner
Log out of your portal and click on the registration tab i.e. subdomain.partnerportal.io/register
2.) Email Field (Tip)
Our platform does not support duplicate email so you will need to use a different email for this test account. If you don't have a 2nd email address, you can add a +1 to your existing email address to bypass the de-duplication. Example: john.smith+1@gmail.com
The email must be an active email that you can access as a password setup email will be sent in order for you to log in.
3.) Register your test partner details
Please note, we don't allow for duplicate email addresses or duplicate organizations. For this reason, you'll need to use a separate email address and separate company name domain (URL) to register.
The information does not have to be active company information. (ie. www.testingpartner.com can be a company domain for your test partner)
4.) Approve the test partner in your portal
5.) Logging In
Once you receive the approval notification, you will need to follow the prompts and login as the test partner. This will change the partner's status from Approved to Active. For more details about the difference between Approved and Active partners, please visit this Help Center article.
6.) Deactivating your Test Partner
When you are done testing the partner, you can change the partner status to Declined or Suspended to deactivate.
