Creating a Test Partner

This article explains how to create a test partner account so you can experience your portal from a partner’s perspective.

Creating a test partner allows you to see the registration process, portal access, and partner experience firsthand.

1. Register the Test Partner

Head to your registration page by clicking the Register button in the top right corner or the Become a Partner button in your log in page.

2. Complete the Registration Form

When filling out the form, use unique account details that are not already associated with your portal.

Email Address

Our platform does not allow duplicate email addresses, so your test account must use a different email than your admin account.

A simple workaround is to add +1 to your existing email address. For example:

This will still send emails to your main inbox while creating a unique login for the platform.

The email address must be active and accessible, since a password setup email will be sent to complete registration.

Company Information

Duplicate organization names and company domains are also not allowed.

Use:

  • A unique company name

  • A unique company website/domain

The company information does not need to belong to an active business.

3. Approve the Test Partner in Your Portal

Return to your admin portal and approve the newly registered partner account.

After approval, open the approval email and complete the login steps as the test partner.
