Submit a Lead on Behalf of a Partner

Learn how to submit leads on behalf of partners.

As a Portal Owner, you can assign leads to active partner companies directly from the Partner dropdown within your portal.

The dropdown will display all partner companies currently in Active status. After selecting a partner company, you can choose the specific team member who should be associated to the lead.

If a partner does not appear in the dropdown, their account is not currently active.

This typically means they:

  • Have not completed registration

  • Are still in Pending status

  • Have been Declined

  • Have been Suspended
