Announcements

This article will help walk you through the Announcement section in Partner Portal

Announcements allow Admins to easily share updates and news with partners.

Use announcements to:

  • Share important program updates

  • Highlight events or new features

  • Welcome new partners

All announcements are placed in the portal's dashboard.

Create and Format Announcements

The Announcement editor allows you to:

  • Add images, links, and media

  • Format text using the built-in editor

Supported video platforms:

  • YouTube

  • Vimeo

Sending Notifications

When saving an announcement, you can choose to enable Send Notifications.

  • When enabled, an email will be sent to all partners notifying them of the new announcement

  • When disabled, the announcement will only appear in the portal

Pin Announcements

After creating your announcements, you can select the order you'd like them to appear in your dashboard.

  1. Find the respective announcement

  2. Click on the box next to the trash icon

  3. Enter the number you'd like the announcement to appear

    1. Enter 1 on the announcement you want pinned first.

  4. Press Save when done.
