Announcements

This article will help walk you through the Announcement section in Partner Portal

Announcements allow Admins to easily share updates and news with partners.

Use announcements to:

  • Share important program updates

  • Highlight events or new features

  • Welcome new partners

All announcements are placed in the portal's dashboard.

Create and Format Announcements

The Announcement editor allows you to:

  • Add images, links, and media

  • Format text using the built-in editor

Supported video platforms:

  • YouTube

  • Vimeo

Sending Notifications

When saving an announcement, you can choose to enable Send Notifications.

  • When enabled, an email will be sent to all partners notifying them of the new announcement

  • When disabled, the announcement will only appear in the portal

Pin Announcements

When creating your announcements, you can select the order you'd like them to appear in your dashboard.

  1. Below the text editor for the body of the announcement, click the Pin checkbox.

  2. Enter the number of the order you want your announcement to appear.

    1. Enter 1 for it to be the pinned announcement.

  3. Press Publish to send the announcement to the dashboard or Save Draft if you want to edit it later before publishing.

You can also pin an already published announcement. To do so:

  1. Go to Manage under the Announcements tab on the sidebar to see all the announcements.

  2. Find the respective announcement and click on the Pin icon on the right.

  3. Check the Pin this announcement to the top checkbox and enter a rank number for the announcement.

    1. Enter 1 for the announcement you want pinned first.

  4. Press Save when done.
