You can map partner information — such as company details or the submitting user's contact data — directly to fields on your HubSpot deal. Once configured, this mapping happens automatically whenever a deal is created.

Before You Start
Admin access to PartnerPortal.io
A custom field already created as a HubSpot deal property to receive the partner data. If you haven't created it yet, follow HubSpot's guide to creating and editing properties first.
Step 1: Open the HubSpot Integration Settings
Go to the Integrations tab and open your HubSpot configuration.
In the Deal object, scroll to the custom field add-on section at the bottom.
Step 2: Select and Add the Field
Click the dropdown to view all custom fields available in your pipeline.
Select the field you want to receive the partner data.
Click Add.
Click on the newly added field to open its configuration.
Step 3: Configure the Mapping
Set the Type to Portal object, then choose the Object based on what you want to map:

Partner | Partner company details |
Partner User | pp.io ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, or Phone number of the submitting user |
In the Field dropdown, select the specific portal field you want mapped to this HubSpot property.
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Click Save. Partner data will now map automatically to your HubSpot deal each time a deal is created.
