How to reset your password
Request a password reset link and create a new password to access your portal.

⚠️ Warning: Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser before starting. The password reset flow opens in a pop-up window — if pop-ups are blocked, the process will not work.
Before You Start
These same steps apply if you were invited to the portal but have not yet created your password.
You will need access to the email address associated with your portal account.
Step 1 — Go to Your Portal Login Page
Open your portal login page in your browser. The URL follows this format:
companyname.partnerportal.io
Step 2 — Enter Your Email Address
Enter your email address on the login screen.
Click Next.

Step 3 — Select Reset Password
In the pop-up window that appears, select Reset Password.

Step 4 — Request the Reset Link
Your email address will be pre-filled automatically. Click Continue to send the reset link to your inbox.

💡 Tip: Double-check that your email address is spelled correctly before clicking Continue.
Step 5 — Check Your Inbox
A password reset email will be sent to your inbox. Open the email and follow the link to create your new password.

Troubleshooting
The pop-up window did not appear after clicking Next. Pop-ups are blocked in your browser. Enable pop-ups for your portal URL and try again. Check your browser's settings or address bar for a blocked pop-up notification.
I did not receive the reset email. Check your Spam or Junk folder. If the email is not there, return to your portal login page, clear your browser's cookies and cache, and repeat the steps above.
The reset link in the email is not working. Reset links expire after a set period. Return to your portal login page and request a new link.
