Creating a Test Partner

This article will walk you through the steps to create a test partner in your new portal.

1.) Register the Test Partner

Log out of your portal and click on the registration tab i.e.

2.) Email Field (Tip)

If you don't have a 2nd email address, you can add a +1 to your existing email address to bypass the de-duplication. Example: [email protected]

3.) Register your test partner details

Please note, we don't allow for duplicate email addresses or duplicate organizations. For this reason, you'll need to use a separate email address and separate company name domain (URL) to register.

The information does not have to be active company information. (ie. can be a company domain for your test partner)

4.) Approve the test partner in your portal

5.) Logging In

Once you receive the approval notification, you will need to follow the prompts and login as the test partner. This will change the partner's status from Approved to Active. For more details about the difference between Approved and Active partners, please visit this Help Center article.

6.) Deactivating your Test Partner

When you are done testing the partner, you can change the partner status to Declined or Suspended to deactivate.
