Share how your partner program works and define commission structures that reward partners as they grow.
⏱️ Estimated time: 5–10 minutes | Who can do this: Admin only
How It Works
This guide covers two independent sections under Partner Program > Program Settings:
| Program Details | Partner Tiers |
Purpose | Describe how your program works and how commission is structured | Reward partners with higher commissions as they hit revenue thresholds |
Visible to partners | Optional — can be made public on the login page | Optional — can be made public on the sign-in page |
Required to run the program | No | No |
You can set up one or both depending on your program needs.

ℹ️ Note: To disable the Partner Program section entirely, toggle off the Enabled button.
Partner Tiers
Partner Tiers let you reward partners with different commission structures based on revenue performance over a set period.
Commission structures supported in tiers
Fixed amount
Recurring percentage of revenue
One-time percentage of revenue
Step 1 — Open Partner Tiers
Go to Partner Program > Program Settings.
Find the Partner Tiers section and click the Pencil icon to start editing.
Step 2 — Define Your Base Tier
The base tier is the default commission structure all partners receive before reaching any revenue threshold. This is the starting point for every partner in your program.
Define:
The revenue requirement
The commission type (fixed, one-time percentage, or recurring)
Step 3 — Add Revenue Thresholds
Add as many tiers as your program requires. For each tier, define:
Field | Notes |
Tier Name | A name to identify this level |
Revenue threshold | The revenue amount required to reach this tier |
Commission type | Fixed, one-time percentage, or recurring |
Color coding | Optional — partners see their tier color when logged in |
When a partner reaches a new tier, they will see their updated tier name and color in their portal.

ℹ️ Note: If Partner Tiers are marked Public, they will be visible in the Program tab on the sign-in page.
Step 4 — Set Tier Calculation Frequency
Choose how often tiers are evaluated:
Monthly
Quarterly
Annually
The system reviews all eligible revenue from Leads submitted during the selected period. Based on total revenue within that timeframe, the partner is assigned the appropriate tier and their commissions are calculated accordingly.
Step 5 — Save Your Tier Structure
Click Save to apply your Partner Tier configuration.
Troubleshooting
Program Details are not showing on the login page. Make sure the Public toggle is turned on. If it is off, the details are saved but not visible to partners.
Partners are not moving to a new tier after hitting the revenue threshold. Check the Tier Calculation Frequency setting. Tiers are evaluated at the end of each selected period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) — not in real time.
I want to disable the Partner Program entirely. Toggle off the Enabled button in the Partner Program section under Program Settings.
