How to Manage Your Notification Settings

This article explains how to access and manage your personal notification preferences.

Please note: All notification settings are automatically enabled when an account is created. Notification settings are unique to each user. If you disable your notifications, it will not affect the notification settings of any other user.

How to Disable Your Notifications

Follow these steps to access and manage your personal notification preferences.

  1. Log in to your portal.

  2. In the main sidebar, click on Accounts & Settings, and then select the My Account tab.

    • Please note: The sidebar and available options in the Accounts & Settings menu will look different for an Admin user versus a Partner user.

    • Admin:

    • Partner Owner & Partner User:

  3. On the "My Account" page, scroll down to the Notification Settings section. Here you will find a list of all your configurable notifications.

    • Please note: The specific notification options available will vary slightly between Admin and Partner accounts.

  4. To disable a notification, simply toggle the switch to the off (gray) position. Your changes are saved automatically.
