How to Map Partner Data to HubSpot

This article will walk you through the steps to map your partner's data to HubSpot.

You may want to map Partner information from the portal to your HubSpot deal.

Open your Hubspot configuration inside your portal.

In the custom field add-on section (bottom of the Deal object), click the dropdown to view all the custom fields in your pipeline. Select the field you want to map. (If you don't have a field for Partner information yet, [see this HubSpot article on adding properties].)

After selecting the custom field, press Add and click on the newly added field.

Set the Type to Portal object and choose the Object (Partner or Partner User). In the Field dropdown, select the portal field you want mapped.

  • Partner: Maps Partner Company details only.

  • Partner User: Options to map pp.io ID, First/Last Name, Email, or Phone number.

Once selected, Partner information will automatically map to your HubSpot deal when a deal is created.
